Regarding Milan's decision to hire Amorim as the new head coach, Italian media outlet Sportitalia CEO Michele Criscitiello shared his perspective on the appointment.
Criscitiello said: "Amorim is not a bad coach; he has already demonstrated tactical ideas and can play attractive football. The problem is that these foreign coaches may not have closely followed Italian football, and frankly, Italian football itself presents certain challenges."
"We love watching the Italian league, but we must acknowledge that Serie A is not yet at the level of top European competitions, nor is it particularly attractive to outsiders. Milan has signed Amorim, but to assess whether the Rossoneri's project will succeed, Milan—and Serie A—will need three months if things go smoothly, or six months if things go poorly. My question is: Does Milan have three months to spare for Amorim to adapt? He still needs to learn Serie A, master the language, and adjust to Milanello."

He was the one to fix M/U nobody else. And when he looked like that have succeeded they sacked him. So if you people knows the game you appreciate coaches like him. As the Italians say that Rome wasn’t built in one day. Please give him a chance. I am an Interista but we need good Serie A work good teams and good coaches. So let it start from somewhere. Good luck.

while in Manchester a whole year was not even enough for him to adapt we were almost heading to ICU.Anyway Amorim is a type of a manager who can only succeed by doing entire squad overhaul that is 2 years project since he don't work on patches

soccer playing does not need language lessons. A dunb can be a successful coach if he knows his job. you don't need excuse for failure .
