Juventus faces contract barrier in Osimhen chase

Victor Osimhen has attracted the interest of Juventus, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

However, a penalty clause included in his transfer from Galatasaray to Napoli last summer makes this transfer virtually impossible.

According to the daily newspaper, the Turkish club must pay compensation to Napoli if Osimhen is sold to an Italian club within 24 months of his arrival.

This compensation amounts to €70 million in the first year until September 2026 and €50 million in the second year.

In addition, Osimhen earns a salary of several million euros in Istanbul (€15 million excluding bonuses), an amount that Juve cannot afford.
