Milan defender Simon Kjaer picked up an injury in the first half of Inter-Milan and was replaced by Fikayo Tomori who made his debut with the Rossoneri.
Kjaer started the game along with Alessio Romagnoli in the center of Milan’s defence in a Coppa Italia quarter final clash against Inter.

Apparently, Kjaer picked up a muscle injury after just 18 minutes following a tackle on Alexis Sanchez that costed him a yellow card.
The 31-year-old was replaced by Chelsea loanee Fikayo Tomori who made his Milan debut with the Rossoneri.
Earlier last week, the English centre-back officially joined the Serie A leaders on loan with an option to buy from the Blues.
