Florentino Perez spoke ahead of Real Madrid's visit to the Camp Nou, sending a reminder of the club's values.
Los Blancos' president was speaking about all sporting sections of the club, and the need to continue pursuing success.
"We are on the eve of El Clasico and we must keep working so that this match continues to ignite the interest of the whole world and remains the reference of our sport on a global level," he said.
"We are very competitive in football and basketball and that is very encouraging for our fans.
"Our teams know that our motto is to never give up, and it will be until the end.
"They put their heart and soul into the pursuit of constant success."
Perez's speech didn't just mention success on the field, however, as he proudly spoke of the club's success online as well.
"Real Madrid continue to grow on a sporting, economic and social level. We lead all the rankings," he stated.
"Also in communication. We are the club with the biggest worldwide audience.
"We have more than 326 million [fans] on social media, and three billion video views.
"The [official] website is the most viewed in the world, trebling that of second-placed Liverpool and five times that of Manchester United's in third," he concluded.
