Racing Genk attacking midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi has landed in Italy to complete his transfer to Atalanta.
Atalanta have agreed a €13.7m fee for Malinovskyi, whose 13 goals and 12 assists helped Genk win their first Belgian title for eight years.
“I’m happy, but I can’t talk yet. I’m going to sign my contract and then I’ll talk. Forza Atalanta,” the Ukrainian told Sky Sport Italia.
The 26-year-old had also attracted interest from Sampdoria and Borussia Dortmund but will now continue his career with the Champions League debutants.
