Former Manchester City and Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini has discussed his relationship with Mario Balotelli in an appearance at the Trento Sports Festival.
Balotelli won titles at Inter and City under Mancini, though many believe he underachieved in his career.
Mancini said: "Mario? He's a good guy.
"In the end, he won so much. He could have been one of the greatest strikers of recent years, that's for sure.
"Technique, physique, power. Then he won with Inter, City, and reached the European Championship final thanks in part to his goals, but he definitely could have done more."
Of his own plans, Mancini says he is preparing to return to the bench, his last job having been as Saudi Arabia coach.
He also said: "We're seeing, there are some things.
"It has to be something that gives me a chance to win and that motivates me."

Balotelli, a generational talent, unfortunately, his character limited him to achieve much less than what he would have achieved
