Marcus Thuram is on track to sign for Inter Milan this week.
The France striker is leaving Borussia Monchengladbach when his contract expires.
Thuram was in talks with AC Milan, but has decided to commit to Inter, says La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Inter have offered Thuram a superior contract and a call from coach Simone Inzaghi also helped convince him.
Thuram is due to sign a five-year deal worth €6m-a-year net with the Nerazzurri.
