Milan don't like headers - only two headed goals scored this season

Milan have only scored two headed goals this season, one of the worst records of any side in Serie A this season.

The two goals, scored by Hakan Calhanoglu against Brescia and Zlatan Ibrahimovic against Inter in the derby, represent the sum total of the Rossoneri’s goals via the head this term.

In fact, over the last four years, Milan sit 15th in the ranking of teams scoring with their heads, with only 23 goals from 139 games.

Even sides like SPAL and Chievo, who have played in fewer Serie A campaigns than the Rossoneri, have scored more

Milan’s two headed goals this season is in stark contrast to their city-rivals Inter, who have found the back of the net 11 times.

Only Sassuolo and Genoa are worse than Milan this season, scoring a paltry one headed goal each.
