AC Milan have seen their first offer for Club Nacional de Football full-back Matias Vina rejected, according to a report.
With moves to both Fenerbahce and Napoli having collapsed in the last week, Calciomercato.com are reporting that contacts with Dutch side PSV Eindhoven intensified again on Wednesday and a deal could be closed on the basis of a €1million loan with obligation to buy set at €5m.
According to GianlucaDiMarzio.com, Vina is the man who Milan want to replace Rodriguez and the Rossoneri have made an offer to bring him to the San Siro before the window closes.
The report claims that the bid is worth €6.5-7million plus 20% on the player's future resale, however Nacional are demanding more from Milan for Vina, who did not train with the team on Wednesday amid interest from Palmeiras too.
The Uruguayan side are therefore evaluating the various offers, and then in the next few hours to decide who has won the race.

Milan please ask Inter how it is done okay...
They asked already... it’s an easy blueprint; Here it is; To be a big club you need big commercially profitable players (reason why man Utd isn’t letting pogba go and a part of why Milan got ibrahimovic)... and to have big players you need to have big competitions and big money 💰 ...but there’s something stopping this?? What? FFP!! FIFA fair play regulations which states you can’t spend more than you earn... so no big competitions no big TV money therefore spending on big players becomes a sin. But there’s a way around this ?? What ? Qualify for the champions league... Inter qualified last year so they’re able to sign all the big names they want this year... Milan hasn’t qualify yet that’s their downfall, it’s not like they don’t have money for the big names, they spent 200m in one window some seasons ago which brought the FFP penalty they served this year (missing out on European competitions)... all Milan have to do now is Qualify for the UCL for regularly and **Milan is back ** Sounds easy don’t it... but qualifying with average players is where the real hurdle is... inter did that with icardi , politano and niangolan (though not average players but strategic purchases) Milan couldn’t with (piatek and Suso and biglia)... Milan will be back sooner than expected
