Mourinho on Inter knock out Barça in 2010: Indescribable, forever in our hearts

Fifteen years ago, José Mourinho led Inter Milan to eliminate defending champions Barcelona in the 2009–10 Champions League semi‑final  . 

In a recent interview with Marca, the Portuguese coach looked back on that iconic tie  . “There are no words to describe what we felt at the end of that match; only we know that feeling, and it will always remain in our memory,” he said  . He added, “It couldn’t have been more epic. The game in Milan was perfect, and then came the rematch at Camp Nou as well”  . In that 2009–10 semi‑final, Inter won the first leg 3–1 at the Giuseppe Meazza, lost the second leg 0–1 at Camp Nou, but progressed 3–2 on aggregate to reach the final.
