Napoli look to sign Milan target Boga as Callejon replacement (CdS)

Napoli are targeting Sassuolo winger Jeremie Boga as a replacement for Jose Callejon next season, as the Spaniard looks set to leave.

Callejon’s contract with the Neapolitans expires at the end of the season, and after seven years in Italy, is expected to return home to Spain, with Valencia reportedly interested in the player.

Il Corriere dello Sport state that Napoli are now looking to Boga as his replacement.

Boga’s agent has spoken in the past about the player’s admiration for Napoli.

“Why not Napoli? They’re are a great squad and it’s an option that I don’t exclude for the future,” said Daniel Boga in an interview with Radio Punto Nuovo in December.

Boga has scored seven times in 23 games for Sassuolo in Serie A this term.
