He have the experience in a big club, until a few weeks ago he was Paolo Maldini's trusted man at Milan, and for the modus operandi made of little visibility and a lot of concreteness and professional skills, among these above all the ability to go and find young and low-priced talents, just as per the philosophy of Napoli (and Giuntoli).
