Kalidou Koulibaly has reportedly agreed a new contract with Napoli to June 2023 that has no release clause.
The Senegal international centre-back is currently tied to the club until June 2021.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, the improved deal would bump his salary up to €3.5m per year.
Crucially, there would be no release clause included, meaning any club that wanted Koulibaly would have to negotiate directly with Napoli.
The 27-year-old defender joined the club from KRC Genk for €7.75m in the summer of 2014.
His value on the transfer market is now believed to be around €90m.

While we can’t say much cause of our start to the league, But Ancelotti is a way better manager then Sarri. You can see already as the only score line Sarri was able to turn around was 1-0 and said himself that by 2-0 games were over. Ancelotti is showing how his players can comeback from a setback which would’ve helped them a lot last season. They’re still playing good football and while everyone thinks that Juve is just gonna keep winning, it’s quite possible that Juve slip up and for Napoli to take advantage and win. Plus Koulibaly has won the Copa Italia if I’m not wrong as well so it’s not like he hasn’t won anything.
yeah but napoli wont win anything next 5 years
