Inter announce that midfielder Radja Nainggolan has joined Cagliari Calcio on a temporary basis until 30 June 2020.
The Belgium midfielder will make the move to his old club, who he left in 2010, on loan for one season.
It is a decision dictated by the heart rather than the head, as not only will he be back in familiar surroundings, but also allow his wife Claudia – who is from Sardinia – to be closer to her family while battling cancer.
Nainggolan made 36 appearances last season, he scored 7 and assisted 3.
