Mohamed Fares has completed his transfer to Lazio from SPAL after months of negotiations.
The deal had seemingly been done towards the end of last season, but various issues kept stalling the confirmation.
The Aquile then had to sell a player in order to make room for his arrival in the squad.
This evening, Lazio released a brief statement confirming Fares has joined Lazio on a permanent basis from SPAL.
He will reunite with his former SPAL teammate Manuel Lazzari, who made the same move last year.
The deal is reported to be worth in the region of €10m.
