The Uruguayan striker is receptive to an offer as Real Madrid look to replace the goals scored by Ronaldo after he left for Juventus, according to AS.
Edinson Cavani, who scored 40 goals in 48 games last season for PSG and 49 in 50 in the season before, has emerged as a candidate to replace Cristiano Ronaldo's ferocious strike-rate at the club after he left for Juventus. It might be an open goal for Real Madrid too as the Uruguayan is receptive to the move. A move to the Bernabeu is a dream not yet realised by Cavani and he would be willing to sign a two or three-year deal in order to finish his career playing in Spain's capital.
A fan favourite at PSG, Cavani is also one of Nasser Al Khelaifi's most trust men due to his professionalism and efficiency. For that reason, Cavani would never start trouble in order to manufacture a move out of the Parc de Princes. This could also work to Real Madrid's advantage, however, provided Cavani presents the offer and tells Al Khelaifi he wants to take advantage.
Taking Neymar or Mbappé from PSG seems impossible. They have both only been at the club for a year and are at the heart of their plans. Cavani is a different proposition. It could also resolve a longstanding conflict between Cavani and Neymar, sparked when Neymar took a penalty off the striker having only just arrived in Paris. It enraged some fans, who backed Cavani.
Cavani has a contract in place until 2020 and he just renewed it last season. At 31, PSG would be willing to let him go for a fee less than €100 million and this would also alleviate FFP issues PSG might face. The only issue for Real Madrid is that of Cavani's salary. He would demand €12 million net per season with another €2 million in easily-acquired variables.

As a Madridista I can see that Perez is a confused man now on whom to replace Ronaldo but as for I don't think there's no other person to replace Ronaldo for now that Cavan bcos he's a striker who can guarantee you at least 40 goals a season which he has proved it season in season out besides he's better than Eden Hazard in terms of goals and he's even cheaper than Hazard , so what Madrid need now is who to bang the goals which I think in my opinion the best option for Madrid now.
