Paolo Dal Pino, current President of the Lega Serie A, has been elected vice-President of the Italian Football Federation.

Dal Pino has only been the Lega’s current President for a number of weeks, having been elected following the resignation of Gaetano Micciche last November.

Italian news agency ANSA now states that Dal Pino has been elected as vice-President of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC).

The decision was made today in a meeting in Rome by the Football Association Council.

Dal Pino is 57-years-old and was previously the President of Operations at Telecom Italia in Latin America, in addition to being CEO of telecommunication company Wind in Italy in the 2000s.
