Mino Raiola, the agent of Moise Kean, has expressed his support to the Juventus forward after he was subjected to racial abuse from Cagliari's ultras on Tuesday night.
The Italian's representative blasted the fans' behaviour and asked for harsh penalties for their actions.
"Racism is synonymous with ignorance for me, nobody can justify it," Raiola told AFP.
"I am proud of my children [clients] and I will be with them until the end.
"You have to have courage and you need severe punishments for those who act in a racist way and for those who justify racism.
"You have to be united against racism and you can't be Italian and racist at the same time."
Kean took to social media, posting a picture of his celebration after scoring his team's second goal, with several football players showing their support to the 19-year-old.
"We are together brother," wrote Miralem Pjanic, while Blaise Matuidi, who also suffered racist abuse in the same stadium, shared his teammate's picture on Instagram.
Former Manchester United and Juventus left-back Patrice Evra congratulated Kean for his reaction.
"This is not acceptable in football or anywhere in the world," he wrote.
"Well done to Moise Kean for standing up to them and showing them who is boss.
"The world would be a better place if we all shared more love, no matter what."
Following the Old Lady's 2-0 win, Leonardo Bonucci and Massimiliano Allegri partly blamed the Italy international for acting in response to the racial chants.

Come on everyone, i think we should share the disappointment to the poor response from bonucci 50-50 with something else.

I’m just disappointed in the comments from Allegri, Bonucci, etc. It’s a shame that not even the manager or his teammates chose to standup for them which just makes this vicious cycle continue to move forward.

I would have been completely fine with our team walking off the field and taking a loss today. Racism has to stop and a statement needs to be made

Those Cagliari fans who did that should be ashamed of themselves.

No one should be subjected to racism and racist chants at all, but what hurts me with Kean is hes an Italian. He plays on the national team and for the pride of all of Italy.

Did you see Bonucci's comments? It clearly shows why racism is so prominent in Italy.

I don't like bringing politics into this sub, but the political situation there right now basically empowers racists.

Unfortunately it's still so very common in Italy, in every stadium.

Kean's reaction after he scored was great. No lewd gestures or even shushing them, just staring them down saying 'what do you think of me now?'

You would expect for opposing playets to hit out at Kean butit was actually his OWN teammate. Can't believe what Bonnucci said still. Shameful teammate.
