Liverpool are being linked with USA defender Aaron Long.
The Reds are open to signing Long before Monday's transfer deadline, according to ESPN.
The New York Red Bulls centre-back, 28, has played 18 times for the US, spending his entire career in the American leagues.
A late bloomer, Long didn't break through the Red Bulls side until 2017.
With the MLS season suspended until April at the earliest, Long is allowed to look for temporary moves away.
