According to the latest report from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Denzel Dumfries is expected to return in mid-December, while Damian and Mkhitaryan are nearing their comebacks.
It is reported that Denzel Dumfries' ankle injury will be reassessed by Inter's medical team next week, but the Dutch international requires further treatment and is unlikely to feature as expected in the Champions League fixture against Liverpool on 9 December.
A more likely scenario is a delayed return, with a smoother reintegration between the Serie A fixture against Genoa on 14 December or the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final against Bologna on the 19th.
Damian is expected to lead the comeback, having been sidelined since mid-October. To avoid aggravating his previous injury, no risks will be taken. Mkhitaryan will miss the Atlético Madrid fixture but will resume training from Thursday.
Mkhitaryan may be included in the squad for the Pisa match. Meanwhile, Tomás Palacios has suffered another setback with a fresh muscle issue and is expected to be sidelined for several weeks.
