Roma goalkeeper Mile Svilar has revealed the impact Gian Piero Gasperini has made since his arrival.
Svilar says the former Atalanta coach has transformed the mentality inside the club.
He told Sky Italia, "Gasperini is bringing a strong winning mentality. All training sessions are like matches, he really cares about them. Let's keep going like this."
Svilar also discussed his friendship with former Roma midfielder Nemanja Matic, who is now impressing with Sassuolo.
He said, "My relationship with Matic began many, many years ago, when I slept at his house. Matic was playing for Chelsea at the time. He gave me a bed, but not food.
"I'm still hungry; he didn't have anything to eat at home that time (laughs). Matic is a great person and a great footballer. It's a shame we only played together for one year, but he knows I love him."
