The Holland international is expected to leave United in January and is attracting interest from West Ham and Everton.
However, the Mirror says Roma have made a first formal move by approaching United about Zirkzee's availability.
Talks are also underway with the former Bologna star's agents.
However, Roma face stiff competition, as along with the Irons and Everton, PSV Eindhoven and Serie A rivals Juventus are also keen.
Roma hope to set up a loan to buy arrangement, with the permanent option dependent on appearances and if they qualify for Europe.

Make no mistake to sell Zirkzee or Mainoo permanently. They will be more useful next season.

My question is why not give him a chance, you bench Sesko and instead of using Zirkzee the coach rather used Cunha upfront, I don’t understand Amorim.

amorim should give zirkzee a chance, he technically gifted, he could create chances and link up with our Wingers easily.

Amorim should rotate Sesko and Zirkzee before Sesko get injured. Only now after Sesko injured.. they want to stop him from move away from MU. Sesko also not performs well for MU in previous matches.. but Amorim still bench Zirkzee in every matches before this. That’s why.. I’m 100% support Zirkzee to move away from MU & enjoy his football somewhere else, maybe with Roma or Juventus 👍🏼👍🏼

Sitting in bench in every match.. is not easy for Zirkzee. He train hard everyday in training but then.. watching others play home & away stadium. We can understand why he & his agent try so hard to play somewhere else.
