every award of this year was a total joke a player with one goal one assist and no player of the match won wen a player with 15 goals 4 assist and 4 player of the match didn't win now with world Cup as an excuse wins it the sjenider should have won it in 2010 I guess it was jux a deliberate thing to end the duo poly but those two legends are still at the best and performing excellent at their clubs and am sure they are ok with their club recognition than what is said outside. messi still carrying Barcelona, Ronaldo even setting and breaking records in his new club so they are ok they have won everything to be won with the exception of world Cup.

This award is a disgrace and has lost is credibility for sure no player on planet earth or even Mars or Mercury can replace CR7 and Messi take it or leave it , this award is now a political award not a football award any more .can someone tell me the criteria in judging their performance for the year individually and collectively then we should go back and give the same award to Wesley S who won treble in Inter under Jose and was also the top scorer in that World Cup which Spain won . Let’s face the fact isn’t World Cup performance they use in judgment or CL and individual league as well. Those that believe Lukas deserved this award should explain to me because I don’t know since we learned every day in other for me to understand the criteria which they use .
