Former Fiorentina and Udinese player Fabio Rossitto concedes there\'s a lot of nervous Italy fans ahead of tonight\'s World Cup playoff in Bosnia.
However, Rossitto is convinced the Azzurri can win and reach the World Cup for the first time in 12 years.
He said on Radio Firenzeviola: "There's a bit of apprehension for tonight, and that's normal. We're stronger and we need to be aware.
"We haven't been to the World Cup for many years, and we can't miss out. I see confidence, and (Rino) Gattuso's team seems to have rediscovered the right convictions.
"We'll be playing away, and it will be a tough match; we'll need to be focused and calm."
Rossitto says Fiorentina striker Moise Kean could be the difference for Italy.
He also said: "He's getting back to his best. His goal against Ireland is typical of him. He has strength and an eye for goal. (Francesco) Pio Esposito could open up more space for him, but (Mateo) Retegui also has great quality.
"They're all players who would cause problems for many defenses. I have a lot of respect for Kean, who's finding his feet after a difficult year, and that's important for Italy and Fiorentina."
