Sampdoria midfielder Albin Ekdal believes Milan are “the most natural destination” for his ex-Sweden teammate Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Ibrahimovic is set to leave LA Galaxy when his contract expires next month, and a return to Milan has been mooted for the 38-year-old striker.
“Every day the newspapers are writing something about Ibrahimovic. It’s normal that he’s hot news,” Ekdal told the reporters at a Press conference before Sweden’s match against Romania.
“I hope there’s some truth to this, as you can never know what decision Zlatan will make.
“Milan seem like the most natural destination; I can’t really see him at Bologna. If I have to bet, I would say Milan.”
