Roma winger Stephan El Shaarawy has confirmed that he will leave the club this summer.
The 33-year-old has been a bit-part player for the Serie A side this summer, starting just five of his 18 Serie A games, scoring zero goals and providing two assists.
El Shaarawy has now taken to Instagram to announce that he will leave the club once his contract expires at the end of the season.
Roma still have two games to play, including a derby game against arch-rivals Lazio as they chase a place in next season’s Champions League.
Across his two spells in Rome, the former Italy international made 346 appearances for the club, contributing 65 goals and 50 assists.
