Suning have put Inter Milan up for sale.
Suning own 70 per cent of the club, reports the Financial Times, and are now prepared to sell for €1.2bn.
The price is deemed too steep by experts, though it is now clear Suning are prepared to sell up.
They have enlisted Goldman Sachs and Raine Group to find them a buyer. Raine recently oversaw Roman Abramovich's forced sale of Chelsea.
Early speculation has two American funds and a UAE group making contact.
