Atletico Madrid's and Real Madrid's Under-19s teams will face each in the UEFA Youth League last 16.
The derby will be held in Majadahonda on March 12 or 13 and the winner will take on Hoffenheim or Dynamo Kyiv in the quarter-finals.
Barcelona's youngsters, meanwhile, have been paired with Hertha Berlin in the last 16 and will face Lyon or Ajax if they progress.
