Udinese attacker Tolgay Arslan is delighted with his form ahead of the season resumption.
Arslan struck twice in their friendly win against Cremonese on Thursday.
He said, "I'm delighted for my goals. I played further up the pitch today which led to me getting on the scoresheet. We worked so hard in midweek for this fixture.
"I'm feeling fighting fit and I think we put in a great team performance, especially in the first half. These friendlies are important for us so that we head into January all guns blazing.
"We're constantly improving as a team, helped by the fact that we've got a full complement of players in the squad now.
"I dedicate my goals to my newborn son Luke. I can't wait to get home and spend some time with him."
