The USMNT are back in action this month with two CONCACAF Nations League fixtures against Grenada and El Salvador.
The opportunity to finish top of Group B and qualify for the finals of the competition remains possible for the U.S. with two games remaining. The Yanks travel to face Grenada on Friday March 24 before welcoming El Salvador to Orlando on Monday March 27.
Should they beat Grenada and, at least, draw with current leaders El Salvador, they will secure their spot in the Nations League final, which is scheduled to take place in June.
With just over a week until the fixture at the Kirani James Athletic Stadium - Grenada's National Stadium - talk of who Hudson will name in his squad for the upcoming international break is intensifying.
In January, the last international break, there was little room for many European stars - six to be precise in Chelsea goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina, Jonathan Gomez (Real Sociedad), Sam Rogers (Rosenborg), Paxten Aaronson (Eintracht Frankfurt), Emmanuel Sabbi (OB) and Matthew Hoppe (Hibernian).
This upcoming international break provides Hudson with the opportunity to hand numerous stars of the USA's World Cup stars back to the squad. One star-studied star Americans will want to see return is Christian Pulisic. The Chelsea winger recently returned to action after being out injured since January and is available for selection,
The squad announcement is expected to come before this weekend's domestic action. Some countries have already named their squads and more are due to follow.
