Zanetti: Milan Derby is an ambitious project so we brought Conte

Inter Vice-President Javier Zanetti explains they signed Antonio Conte because “it’s an ambitious project, he has experience and a culture of hard work.”

The Nerazzurri face their city rivals Milan in the Derby della Madonnina this evening at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT), click here for a match preview.

“The derby is always a special game. The team is in good shape, but we know that all derbies are particularly difficult and important,” Zanetti told Univision Deportes.

There will be several big names in the stands, including FIFA President Gianni Infantino, Bulgarian legend Hristo Stoichkov, tennis champion Boris Becker and former Inter and Milan striker Ronaldo.

It will be the first Milan Derby for new Coach Conte, who is reportedly earning €12m per year at San Siro.
