Zlatan Ibrahimovic is recovering from the knee operation which he underwent on May 25. The Swedish star striker who is 40 years old should be able to continue with AC Milan for one more season.
La Gazzetta dello Sport took stock of the situation and wrote the following headline:
"Ibra, forward for love". The player's Swede with the Rossoneri club will be symbolic. He will have a fixed reduced salary with bonuses linked to results of the team.
In fact, a meeting is set already between the former Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United star and the club directors. We could expect soon an announcement of the renewal.
Regarding a return to Milanello, the newspaper writes that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will also be the first one to go back so he can work more on himself and try to get back in a top shape quickly.
