Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie is a target for Chelsea.
The Telegraph says the 26-year-old Ivorian is on Chelsea and Inter Milan's radar this month.
Kessie left Milan last summer to join the Blaugrana on a free transfer, penning a four-year deal, but he has struggled for consistency.
Chelsea are looking to pick up a midfield addition and directors are keen on Kessie.
The Blues have already spent around €143m in this transfer window and are still keen to make a few more signings before it closes shut at the end of the month.
