According to TEAMtalk, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Barcelona are all pursuing Brighton & Hove Albion defender Luka Vuskovic.
Luka Vuskovic joined Brighton & Hove Albion this summer for an initial fee of £46 million, having spent the previous season on loan at Hamburger SV from Tottenham Hotspur.
The Croatian international is regarded as one of Europe's most promising young defenders, but he is currently focused on helping his new club compete for a Champions League place.

useless teams will start pursuing rising stars of poor teams. They wouldn't let the rising stars concentrate on his present teams. Can't the useless teams build their own stars from their academy teams.
First ask your useless team to stop scouting/buying players then talk about others.
