According to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, Khalaili failed his medical examination, calling off his transfer to Inter Milan. Inter president Marotta has also confirmed the news. Earlier reports stated the transfer fee stood at €25 million plus add-ons.

It's not like an exam, all clubs conduct same Process during medical checks. Until an issue is notice in some part of the body, they can still choose to ignore tho but if only it's a minor issue.
