Perisic has arrived in Munich and has had Bayern's medical tests this morning.
"Yes, I had medical tests and I will do my best," The Croatian told Bild in a brief statement.
According to German media early reports, Bayern will sign Perisic on loan for €4.5m with a €20m buyout option, while his salary will be €5m a year.
