Gianluigi Donnarumma is certain to leave Paris Saint-Germain after being left out of the club's Super Cup squad, with two Premier League clubs having enquired about the goalkeeper, according to reports.
The Italian star, 26, is widely regarded as one of the best shot-stoppers in world football and enjoyed a successful season last term after guiding PSG to glory in the Champions League and Ligue 1.
However, according to Fabrizio Romano, Donnarumma's relationship with the French giants has completely broken down after he was omitted from their UEFA Super Cup final squad against Tottenham on Wednesday.
It is understood Donnarumma will now not sign a new deal at the Champions League holders and is certain to leave the club, with an exit this summer considered the most likely scenario.
PSG are likely to want to cash in on the Italian this summer, given the goalkeeper's contract is set to expire at the end of the season, when he will most likely leave on a free transfer.
It is claimed that the Premier League is his most likely destination, should an exit be agreed by the end of the summer transfer window.
According to RMC Sport, Donnarumma is keen only to leave this summer if he finds a project that suits him, otherwise he is content with remaining at the Parc des Princes until his contract expires.
The French outlet claims Chelsea and Manchester United have both enquired about the goalkeeper in the last few hours, with no concrete offers yet to be tabled.
Meanwhile, Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Real Madrid are reportedly not interested in a move for Donnarumma.
Andre Onana has been the No 1 goalkeeper at Old Trafford for the past two seasons, following his £47.1million arrival from Inter Milan in July 2023, but a string of errors has led to question marks over his long-term future between the sticks.
Chelsea, who have agreed exits for both Djordje Petrovic and Kepa Arrizabalaga this summer, look set to head into the new season with Robert Sanchez as their No 1, although the Spaniard, like Onana, has been prone to errors during his time at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues will begin the campaign with a London derby against Crystal Palace on August 17, with United hosting Arsenal later the same day.

Chelsea are in no talks and have made no enquiries for Donnarumma, they are quite happy with their current goalkeepers as Mike Penders is expected to join the first team at the bridge next season if his loan move goes well at Strasbourg.
