Fabio Quagliarella has officially extended his Sampdoria contract to June 2021, by which point he will be 38 years old.
The striker was Capocannoniere in Serie A last season and so far this term has three goals in 12 league games, along with two assists.
His contract had been due to run down at the end of this season, but Quagliagol put pen to paper on a new deal to June 2021.
By the time that agreement expires, Quagliarella will be 38 years and five months old.
The Italy international’s career spans from Torino to Udinese, Ascoli, Sampdoria, Udinese, Napoli, Juventus and more, returning to Samp in February 2016.
