OFFICIAL: Roma signs Atletico defender Molina for reported €13m

Official news, Roma have signed Atletico Madrid defender Molina, reportedly for a transfer fee of 13 million euros plus add-ons.

Roma officially announced that the club has signed Molina from Atletico Madrid. This is a permanent transfer, and the player has signed a 4-year contract with Roma.

In European football, Molina has played for Udinese and Atletico Madrid, making 249 appearances and scoring 19 goals in all competitions.

Born in 1998, Molina is an Argentine international. He has participated in two World Cups with the Argentine national team, winning the championship in the 2022 Qatar World Cup, and has also won the Copa América twice (2021, 2024). To date, he has made 65 appearances for the Argentine national team.

Molina will wear the No. 20 jersey for Roma.
