Villarreal, PSV table bids for Torino midfielder Casadei

Tuttosport says Villarreal, who are in the mix for the LaLiga title this season, are moving to sign Casadei this month - though face competition.

Also interested in the former Chelsea prospect is PSV Eindhoven. Both clubs are said to have submitted "strong offers".

However, despite not starting since November 30th, Casadei is an important part of Marco Baroni's squad, with the coach placing great faith in him.

And Casadei himself doesn't seem particularly drawn to the idea of leaving the Granata jersey midway through the season, especially to join a foreign league where he would inevitably have to adapt.
