A lot of people don't understand that the whole Watford team had 2 weeks to relax , but many in the Utd team were either playing international or recovering from injury. with that I'll take this victory.

obviously Manchester United don't have a visible problem in defense again, but our midfield is way off what it's supposed to be, the players are slow sluggish and not hungry for success, matic caught a lonely figure throughout the game, pogba seems a bit unsettled by the transfer speculations, and Herrera seems a shadow of himself, he obviously isn't 100% match fit (he fell trying to pas a ball earlier in first half). injury has been a major another concern for us, and we are lucky to have made it out to with a win, as Watford was wasteful in finishing, and assuming they have a player with the finishing of rashford, we would have been punished by them.. conclusion:- it's time for mcTominey to take matic place, and also seems mata is not going to suit Manchester United style of play(fast ball, coz of his pace), Herrera need go be fit and perreira should have replaced him pending when he gets fit, we need a natural right winger, not mata or lingard who both play attacking midfielder and left winger role respectively, our defense need a player who is a natural leader, with or without the captain armband p:s we miss lindelof. well we won this game but surely everyone can see Manu performance is dropping. i keep saying these guys have to stay away from the distractions and seriously focus on each game seriously. Mata very little input he plays like he is still trying to understand what he has to do or how to get into positions, linguard comes on no impact looks tired smalling is no leader in the back, young plays a strength style football that's a waste of time can't even make a proper cross and i could go on and on, so i don't think we would end up in any 4 position but may even drop further if Manu continues with this shift type style of play just recently Manu was playing great football. what's happening now.
