There was drama in a match between Figueirense and Ponte Preta in Brazil, as the goalkeeper of the former made a save through the side netting.
Pegorari saw a strong shot from Ponte Preta forward Joao Carlos hit the crossbar and then hit off him, but he was able to swat the ball away by pushing through the side netting.
This would have brought the score from 3-1 to 3-2 and the Ponte Preta players were furious as the ball had already crossed the line before the goalkeeper's intervention.
Yet the referee didn't award the goal and the match finished 3-1.
