Bayern Munich's sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic has admitted the club's interest in signing players from Ajax Amsterdam.
"We have a lot of talent on our radar, but Ajax have done a fantastic job with their academy in recent years," he said.
Ajax and Bayern meet on Wednesday at the Johan Cruyff Arena in a game which will decide who tops their Champions League group.
After the first leg, Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge praised the job done by Erik ten Hag at Ajax. "The best in the last 10 years. Ajax have a young, interesting team. I know Hasan has some players in mind, but it's still early. We don't know what will happen in January."
Salihamidzic praised Matthijs de Ligt and Frenkie de Jong: "They have developed enormously in the last few years."
However, he didn't confirm they're the players Bayern want: "We're looking at the positions we want to strengthen. Then we will see what players we can sign."
