  /  Henri2333

Welcome to All Football Preview of the Weekend. You should miss not even one game! Below are the best matches that the world of football would bring to you.

Hoffenheim vs Bayern Munich

Kick off: 20:30 (CET)

Date: Fri, 18-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Kasim Adams and Stefan Posch compete for a spot in the back-three.

Nadiem Amiri or Dennis Geiger provide further options in central midfield.

Niklas Süle, Mats Hummels and Jérôme Boateng compete for two spots at centre-back.

With Arjen Robben and Franck Ribéry both struggling with injuries, Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman could get their chances on the flanks, with winter-signing Alphonso Davies ready to come in from the bench.

If Thomas Müller fills in on the right flank, James could return in central attacking midfield.

Focus

Bayern finished a disappointing first half of the season with five straight Bundesliga wins and currently sit six points behind Dortmund at the top of the table. With Thiago and Kingsley Coman fully fit again, manager Niko Kovac has more alternatives now than for most of the games prior to the winter break.

Expect this to be a competitive game with several chances at both ends of the pitch, which Bayern might edge.

Prediction

Hoffenheim 1-2 Bayern Munich

Liverpool vs Crystal Palace

Kick off: 16:00 (CET)

Date: Sat, 19-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Trent Alexander-Arnold has been ruled out for four weeks with a knee injury. With Joe Gomez still sidelined and Nathaniel Clyne now out on loan, James Milner is expected to fill in at right-back here.

Georginio Wijnaldum is also a doubt with a knee injury sustained in Liverpool's 1-0 win over Brighton last weekend, but Joel Matip is available after making the bench last time out.

Naby Keita has struggled to find space in Liverpool's midfield this season and may have to settle for a place on the bench this weekend unless Jordan Henderson drops to the bench.

With Vicente Guaita and Wayne Hennessey set to miss out this weekend, Julian Speroni is expected to get a rare start in goal this weekend.

Focus

Liverpool bounced back from their first league defeat of the season at the hands of Manchester City to beat Brighton last weekend in a hard fought contest. The Reds have the chance to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League back to seven points before City play Huddersfield on Sunday.

Crystal Palace are four points clear of the relegation zone after winning three of their last six Premier League matches. Roy Hodgson will most likely return to Anfield this weekend without his first and second choice goalkeepers, which makes an already difficult task that much harder.

Prediction

Liverpool 2-0 Crystal Palace

Man United vs Brighton

Kick off: 16:00 (CET)

Date: Sat, 19-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could name an unchanged team from the one that beat Tottenham last weekend.

Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic missed training on Wednesday but are expected to play here.

Alexis Sánchez is still working his way back to full fitness and should make the bench on Saturday, while Marcus Rashford is the main man in attack and should keep Romelu Lukaku out of the team.

Eric Bailly has served a three-match ban and is available for United but Phil Jones and Victor Lindelof are expected to continue in defence.

Chris Hughton may stick with the same team fielded against Liverpool last weekend despite losing 1-0.

Focus

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has won his first six matches in charge of Manchester United, becoming the first manager in the club's history to achieve the feat. They are now level on points with fifth-place Arsenal and have the top four in their sights, as Arsenal host Chelsea in Saturday's late kick-off.

Brighton are eight points above the relegation zone and have only won one of their last seven in the competition. Away from home, the Seagulls have only won two league games all season and have failed to score on their previous two trips to Old Trafford.

Prediction

Manchester United 2-0 Brighton

Real Madrid vs Sevilla

Kick off: 16:15 (CET)

Date: Sat, 19-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Lucas Vazquez should return on the right wing after serving a one-game ban for Real Madrid.

Sergio Reguilon is expected to be preferred to Marcelo at left-back once again by Santiago Solari.

Dani Ceballos could get a start in central midfield, while Karim Benzema is a doubt after breaking his finger against Real Betis.

Isco again failed to take his chance to impress in midweek and will drop back to the bench this weekend.

Franco Vazquez and Daniel Carrico both return from suspension and are expected to come straight back into the side.

Roque Mesa is sidelined due to a ban, which should mean that Vazquez returns to partner Ever Banega in central midfield.

Focus

Real Madrid have won just two of their last five games, as Solari's side continue to go through a very inconsistent patch of form. Last time out on home soil in the league, Madrid lost to Real Sociedad.

Sevilla have won just one of their last five games, even losing to a struggling Athletic Club side 2-0. Neither team are in particularly good form heading into this match.

Prediction

Real Madrid 2-2 Sevilla

PSG vs Guingamp

Kick off: 17:00 (CET)

Date: Sat, 19-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Neymar missed out on the win over Amiens with fatigue and remains a doubt here.

With Gianluigi Buffon still sidelined, Alphonse Areola keeps his place.

Layvin Kurzawa came off the bench at the weekend and could start here as PSG rotate ahead of a midweek Coupe de France fixture.

Guingamp are unlikely to make many changes here after beating derby rivals Rennes on Wednesday.

Focus

Guingamp impressed in earning a gritty win at home to Rennes in midweek, showing that there may yet be life in their bid to stay up; the win was their fifth in six matches in all competitions.

That said, PSG, despite looking likely to struggle with fatigue from a trip to the Middle East, will surely be motivated by revenge after bowing out to the Breton side in the Coupe de la Ligue.

Prediction

PSG 3-0 Guingamp

Arsenal vs Chelsea

Kick off: 18:30 (CET)

Date: Sat, 19-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Arsenal's injury concerns have eased significantly over the last week and they will only be missing four players when they entertain Chelsea on Saturday evening: Danny Welbeck, Rob Holding, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Konstantinos Mavropanos.

Lucas Torreira will return to the starting XI after he was surprisingly dropped to the bench in last weekend's 1-0 defeat to West Ham and Unai Emery must decide between Granit Xhaka and Matteo Guendouzi as his partner in midfield.

Ross Barkley and Mateo Kovacic have been in competition to partner Jorginho and N'Golo Kante all season and that will continue here.

It is in these matches that will convince someone like Callum Hudson-Odoi to stay or leave Chelsea and Maurizio Sarri is expected to pick Willian and Pedro ahead of the Bayern Munich target.

Alvaro Morata may not even be a Chelsea player by the time this match starts with a move to Atletico Madrid almost complete. Gonzalo Higuain is close to joining Chelsea but time is running out to have him available for this game.

Eden Hazard will more than likely start as a false nine against Arsenal, though Olivier Giroud will want to start against his former club.

Focus

Arsenal will be down to sixth in the table by the time this match starts if Manchester United avoid defeat at home to Brighton in one of Saturday's 3pm fixtures. The Gunners were streaks ahead of United prior to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's appointment but have endured a terrible run of two wins from their last five league matches.

Chelsea haven't been much better either of late. Maurizio Sarri's side have suffered a dip in form and haven't won a match by more than a one-goal margin since beating Manchester City 2-0 over a month ago. The west London outfit has historically come out on top in this fixture but that has changed slightly in the last few league meetings between the two sides.

Neither London rival are at their best ahead of Saturday's match and both know the consequences of defeat with Manchester United breathing down their necks. Will either side do enough to get all three points? A draw would be a great result for their top-six rivals.

Prediction

Arsenal 1-1 Chelsea

Huesca vs Atletico Madrid

Kick off: 18:30 (CET)

Date: Sat, 19-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Christian Rivera should partner Gonzalo Melero in the engine room for the home side.

Saul Niguez is back available after suspension and could come into the side owing to Thomas Lemar's indifferent La Liga form.

Lucas Hernandez will fill in at left-back, while Jose Gimenez will partner Diego Godin at centre-back in Stefan Savic's absence.

Juanfran is expected to be preferred to Santiago Arias at right-back for the away side.

Focus

Atletico Madrid are unbeaten in La Liga action since match day three, but only wins will do if they want to catch Barcelona at the top of the league.

Prediction

Huesca 0-2 Atletico Madrid

Inter vs Sassuolo

Kick off: 20:30 (CET)

Date: Sat, 19-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Radja Nainggolan is favourite to start ahead of Joao Mario.

Keita Balde is the only unavailable player to head coach Luciano Spalletti.

Gianmarco Ferrari has served his suspension and will be back in the starting XI.

Marlon Santos and Claud Adjapong are injured and won't feature this weekend.

Focus

Inter are eight points clear of fifth after finishing 2018 with successive league wins. They kicked off 2019 with a 6-2 win over Benevento in the Coppa Italia.

Sassuolo have only won one of their last eight games but are only six points away from fifth-place AC Milan. They have incredibly beaten Inter in five of the last six encounters but the form of both sides would suggest that will change here.

Prediction

Inter 2-0 Sassuolo

Huddersfield vs Man City

Kick off: 14:30 (CET)

Date: Sun, 20-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Mark Hudson has been placed in interim charge of Huddersfield after David Wagner's shock departure at the start of the week.

Benjamin Mendy is the only first-team player ruled out for Manchester City.

Gabriel Jesus has scored seven goals in his last three appearances for Manchester City and is surely above Sergio Aguero in the pecking order for the time being.

Kevin De Bruyne's return to full fitness is being managed carefully but he is expected to start on Sunday after being benched last time out.

Focus

Manchester City have scored 21 goals in their last three outings and Mark Hudson would have welcomed a more affordable first game in caretaker charge of Huddersfield.

City have found their grove in recent weeks but could be back to seven points adrift of leaders Liverpool by the time they face Huddersfield. City have actually found recent away matches against Huddersfield difficult, but should come through this test with all three points.

Prediction

Huddersfield 0-3 Manchester City

Fulham vs Tottenham

Kick off: 17:00 (CET)

Date: Sun, 20-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa is a doubt and will be handed a late fitness test ahead of the welcome of Tottenham.

Alfie Mawson, though, is ruled out with a knee problem.

Tottenham are facing an absentee crisis in attack with Harry Kane out until March and Son Heung-Min on international duty. Fernando Llorente, who was expected to be sold this month, is set to lead the line.

Moussa Sissoko's groin injury isn't as bad as initially feared, though he is unlikely to be fit in time to start at Fulham, while Eric Dier is a doubt and Victor Wanyama is out. Lucas Moura will be assessed ahead of kick off as he looks to overcome a knee issue.

With Mousa Dembele sold, Mauricio Pochettino could move to a three-man defence and drop Christian Eriksen into midfield alongside Harry Winks

Focus

Fulham scored three goals at Burnley, who had zero shots on target, last week and still lost 2-1 as own goals from Joe Bryan and Denis Odoi cancelled out Andre Schurrle's opener. Defeat at Turf Moor means they have won only one of their last nine league games, though on home turf, they have lost just one in five.

Tottenham have a number of injury concerns ahead of Sunday's visit to Fulham and they'll be keen on bouncing back from their disappointing 1-0 defeat to Manchester United. The north London side have won eight of their last nine away league games, however, and five of their last six visits to Craven Cottage.

The Cottagers may be close to turning the corner under Claudio Ranieri, but Spurs still have the means to secure all three points here.

Prediction

Fulham 1-2 Tottenham

Barcelona vs Leganes

Kick off: 20:45 (CET)

Date: Sun, 20-Jan-19

Probable Lineups

Team News

Ernesto Valverde has got no fresh injury concerns heading into the weekend's action.

Philippe Coutinho could be preferred to Ousmane Dembele on the left-hand side of the attack once again for the Blaugrana.

Arthur and Arturo Vidal will once again battle for the one spot in midfield alongside Sergio Busquets and Ivan Rakitic.

Guido Carrillo will be sidelined until the end of the month with a sprained ankle, meaning Martin Braithwaite should start up front.

Focus

Barcelona have lost just one of their last 11 games in all competitions, but have been run close by Getafe and drew with Levante recently in the cup, albeit with a rotated side.

The hosts have plenty of time to recover after being involved in the Copa del Rey on Thursday evening, but come up against a Leganes side who will have taken great confidence from beating Real Madrid midweek.

Prediction

Barcelona 2-1 Leganes
