Europa League round-up: AC Milan reach 200 European wins

AC Milan hit back after trailing early to dispatch Olympiacos 3-1 at the San Siro in the Europa League.

Miguel Guerrero grabbed a shock lead for the visitors only for the Italian giants to run amok with a brace by Patrick Cutrone and one from Gonzalo Higuain.

Victory saw Milan reach 200 wins in European competition and also ensured they have taken maximum points from their opening two group games.

Elsewhere, nine-man Lazio tumbled to a 4-1 defeat at Eintracht Frankfurt after two goals from Danny Da Costa and additional strikes by Filip Kostic and Luka Jovic kept the German club at the summit of Group H.

Lazio had equalised through Marco Parolo but then had Dusan Basta and Joaquin Correa sent off before the hour-mark.

Bayer Leverkusen fought back from a goal down to seal a 4-2 victory over AEK Larnaca at the BayArena. The Bundesliga outfit swatted aside their poor domestic form to overhaul Ivan Trickovski's opener through strikes by Kai Havertz, Lucas Alario (two) and Julian Brandt, with Dimitris Raspas notching a second for the Cypriots.

Leipzig posted the first win of their Group B campaign by prevailing 3-1 at Rosenborg courtesy of goals by Jean-Kevin Augustin, Ibrahima Konate and Matheus Cunha.

Toni Sanabria, Giovani Lo Celso and Cristian Tello propelled Real Betis to a 3-0 victory over Luxembourg minnows Dudelange, while Fredy Montero and Jovane Cabral pounced in stoppage time to give Sporting Lisbon a dramatic 2-1 comeback victory over Vorskla.

Sevilla fell to a late 2-1 defeat at Krasnodar despite taking the lead through an own goal by the Russian club.

Mauricio Pereyra was on target for the hosts with a 78th-minute equaliser before Tornike Okriashvili plundered the winner with two minutes to go.

Santi Cazorla scored a last-gasp penalty - his first goal in two years - as Villarreal salvaged a 3-3 draw at Spartak Moscow.

Zurich overcame Ludogorets 1-0 through a late header from Victor Palsson while Aleksandr Kokorin pounced in similar circumstances to catapult Zenit St Petersburg to victory over Slavia Prague by the same scoreline.
