Frank Lampard has dismissed rumours linking Angel Gomes with a free transfer to Chelsea.
The highly-rated 19-year-old is out-of-contract after failing to agree a renewal with Manchester United.
Reports on Monday suggested that Chelsea were set to swoop in to try and agree terms with the youngster by putting an attractive offer on the table, but Lampard shot down talk of Gomes moving to Stamford Bridge.
'I can elaborate to the point that it's never been mentioned at my end,' said Lampard when asked about Gomes' availability, in his pre-match press conference for the match against West Ham on Wednesday.
Lampard also confirmed he wasn't sure whether Christian Pulisic and Andreas Christensen would be fit for the London Derby tomorrow night.
