According to well-known British journalist Sami Mokbel, Arsenal players who arrived late are unlikely to start for England against Costa Rica.

Liverpool's 17-year-old forward Rio Ngumoha will leave the England squad's training camp this week after impressing Tuchel and his England teammates.
The 17-year-old, who was not included in England's 26-man squad, made his debut as a second-half substitute in England's 1-0 victory over New Zealand in a World Cup warm-up match last Saturday and was named Man of the Match.
England will face Costa Rica on Wednesday in their final warm-up match before the World Cup. It remains to be seen whether Tuchel will select Ngumoha again.
With four Arsenal players—Rice, Saka, Eze, and Madueke—returning to the squad, Tuchel will have a full complement of players to choose from.
However, although the starting lineup against Costa Rica is expected to more closely resemble the first-choice team for the World Cup opener against Croatia on June 17, the Arsenal players are unlikely to start.
Will Ngumoha therefore get another chance before he leaves the England squad?
After a behind-closed-doors training match against local team Miami United, England will depart on Saturday for their World Cup base camp in Kansas City, Missouri.
Ngumoha will first go on holiday before returning to the United States next month to take part in Liverpool's pre-season tour.
The Liverpool attacker was one of five additional players England brought to their pre-World Cup training camp in Florida. With some players involved in the Champions League final, several internationals, including those from Arsenal, arrived later.
Ngumoha was initially only scheduled to take part in training, but Tuchel was so impressed with his performances that he decided to play him in the first warm-up match. This unexpected decision ultimately paid off.
His performance in that match also sparked external debate over whether Tuchel should have considered Ngumoha earlier—either by including him directly in the final 26-man squad or at least making him the first replacement if a player were injured before the tournament began.
However, because Ngumoha was not included in Tuchel's initially submitted 55-man provisional squad list, he could not be called up to the World Cup squad as an injury replacement.
Tuchel stated in an interview in March that he would not rule out the possibility of calling up the young player for the World Cup. Therefore, his subsequent exclusion from the expanded 55-man squad list was indeed puzzling.
Did Ngumoha pay the price for a lack of starting opportunities at Liverpool?
Ultimately, when Tuchel assessed Ngumoha, the available sample of games remained very limited.
The London-born forward made history. At 16, he scored the winning goal in the 100th minute against Newcastle, helping Liverpool secure a 3-2 victory and becoming the club's youngest goalscorer. However, last season he made only 10 starts for the first team.
It is understood that he was not entirely satisfied with the playing time he was given by former Liverpool manager Slot.
So, had he been given more playing opportunities, would he have been more likely to feature in Tuchel's plans?
Slot and Liverpool, however, would argue that they simply wanted to protect the young player from being exposed too early to the immense physical and psychological pressures of senior professional football. After all, this was his first full Premier League and Champions League season.
As reported, several European clubs saw an opportunity to poach Ngumoha from Anfield this summer, with Bayern among the teams interested in him.
However, Liverpool's stance is clear: they will not sell Ngumoha this summer, while Bayern also have other candidates on their transfer list.
New season, new opportunities?
If Ngumoha was disappointed by his playing time last season, that feeling may be eased by the departure of Liverpool legend Salah and the arrival of Slot's successor, Andoni Iraola.
The former Bournemouth manager has always been willing to trust young players, and the development of players like Kroupi, Rayan, and Huijsen is a testament to the Spanish coach's faith in youth.
Liverpool are determined to ensure Ngumoha continues to impress his new club manager in July, just as he impressed the England manager.
Ngumoha has long been regarded as one of the most promising young talents in English football. He also has good reason to believe he can regain Tuchel's attention and return to the England camp when the England squad begins its Nations League campaign in September.
