Inter Milan's sporting director has revealed that he spies on the Instagram accounts of the wives and partners of the club's players.
Piero Ausilio spoke at an event about dealing with modern football and the problems that can arise with social media.
In a video from the event that has circulated on social media, the 51-year-old has admitted that he created an Instagram account, not for his own enjoyment, but due to an issue that was giving him 'so many problems'.
He commented that a WAG of a 'famous player' caused him problems - leading to him creating a secret account so he can follow the activity of wives and girlfriends of current Inter stars and see what they are getting up to.
Twitter users have speculated who caused Ausilio problems in the past, and their answers all pointed to the same person.
Ausilio said: 'Now I confess one thing. I don't have an official Instagram account but I did set one up because the famous wife of a player was causing me problems.
'Many things can be understood from wives and girlfriends, including the footballer's personality.
'Then I also follow players, even from other teams. But I created it for a footballer's wife who was giving me so many problems.'
It's not clear who Ausilio was referring to, but in response to a tweet of the video, fans all appeared to mention the same name when they suggested who it could be.
Twitter users said Ausilio was likely talking about Wanda Nara - wife of Mauro Icardi who played for Inter Milan from 2013 to 2020.
A number of replies to the video posted pictures and video clips of the pair when Icardi played for Inter.

One person asked: 'And who will this be?' with a laughing emoji, to which someone else replied 'Wandona'.
While another person also commented: 'It must have been Wanda.'
Wanda has played a big role in Icardi's football career as his agent, and she didn't always have the best relationships with those in power at Inter Milan.
Inter Milan CEO Giuseppe Marotta was left annoyed in 2019 by Wanda, who suggested that Icardi had turned down big money moves to leave the club.
Marotta reacted angrily to the remarks, saying: 'We greeted Wanda Nara's comments with a pinch of irritation, both for the timing and the method.'
Wanda also slammed Inter Milan for leaving her husband out of the starting XI following a defeat to Juventus that same year.
She said: 'He (Icardi) didn't miss the game, but you missed him. You've missed him in the league and also the Champions League. Mauro's scored eight goals in 11 matches against Juventus.'
Icardi, who spent last season on loan at Galatasaray from PSG, briefly separated and looked to be heading for a divorce last year, though the pair reunited, and Wanda regularly posts pictures of the pair on social media.
However, the person Ausilio may be talking about might not necessarily be the 36-year-old.
Whoever, caused 'problems' in the past though, has led to Inter's sporting director following the accounts of current wives and girlfriends of his players.
This would include Lautaro Martinez and his new wife Agustino Gandolfo, who he married in a lavish ceremony at Lake Como in Italy.
Other WAGS he would follow include Amra Dzeko, Nicolo Barella's sports scientist wife Federica Schievenin and Alessandro Bastoni's wife Camilla Bresciani.
