According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona will review the Ohana Development agreement at a special assembly of members in July.

Barcelona has been working in recent weeks to close the 2025-26 financial year, which will also mark the end of the term that began in 2021. Joan Laporta, who won the re-election on March 15 this year, will assume the presidency on July 1 for a new term until 2031.
In early July, Barça will hold a special assembly of members to request an increase in the financing of the Espai Barça project, after acknowledging an overrun of 300 to 400 million euros. At the same meeting with the members' representatives, Barça will also need to submit the agreement reached with Ohana Development for review and approval. Ohana Development is a real estate developer from Dubai that will develop a residential complex, including several "Barça Café" and "Barça Store" establishments.
Starting in July, the Ohana Development company logo will appear on the lower back of the Barça jersey, replacing the UNHCR logo in La Liga, Copa del Rey, and Spanish Super Cup matches. However, in Champions League matches, the Barça Foundation logo will be displayed in this position. This agreement must be approved at the aforementioned special assembly of members. Currently, Barça has already received a deposit of 2 to 3 million euros.
Meanwhile, Barcelona must receive the remaining 28 million euros by June 30 for a portion of the 475 VIP seats at Spotify Camp Nou. The operating rights for these seats were previously acquired by the UAE-based New Era Visionary Group, whose head is Moldovan Ruslan Bîrleanu. According to Mundo Deportivo, New Era has reached an agreement with another investor, who will cover a portion of this unpaid amount.
At 23:00 CEST, Barça will hold its annual meeting of veteran members at the 1899 Auditorium, attended by the 1000 longest-serving members. Vice-president Rafa Yuste will summarize the season. Operations director Joan Centelles will also speak about the Espai Barça project.
