Jesus Vallejo hasn't had much luck at all with injuries since becoming part of the Real Madrid senior squad in the summer of 2017, but his fellow teammates and the club's coaching staff are supporting him through this difficult period.

This week in training he suffered a fourth muscular injury of the season, a season in which he has only been able to play twice.

His latest injury meant he couldn't take on Leganes on Wednesday, meaning he has only faced Melilla and CSKA Moscow this campaign.

Santiago Solari consoled the tearful defender on the pitch after his latest setback, while club captain Sergio Ramos took to social media to send a message of support.

"The luck you've been working for and deserve will come soon," he wrote on Twitter.

"You know we're all with you."

The 22-year-old is confident of turning the situation around and of returning strong, and he feels and appreciates the support from his colleagues.
